Dell Remote ~

Well, when I was cleaning my room I found this in my last time Dell laptop box. Yes, a remote for my laptop !!! By using the remote control I can control the sound and even I can scroll down the pages inside my laptop.

Is kind of wierd to use remote control to control your laptop ... I prefer using mouse to do all the thing than a remote ... But still cool that Dell actually give this piece of technology to every laptop users ....

who you gonna call ?

Ah, I finally have a chance to call Dell service line ( why I feel happy when my laptop got problem ? ) . And Dell customer support is so good until I will confirm purchase with Dell again !!!

Is kind of f**k up when I have to wait for Dell support center to pick up my phone because all the line operator are serving other people else. So I finally have the chance to talk with the operator, I tell her my display card got problem , and she ask me to perform some simply test like holding Fn Key and D together to confirm what actually happened to my laptop.

After the test, she tell me that she will order my laptop part right now and the maybe the technician will come to me by tomorrow ( wow, that's fast !!! )

So, tomorrow the technician did come and help me fix my laptop while I eating chocolate and watching television beside him. Before, he come he call me for confirm with me with the time and he sms me before he want to come to make sure I will be around when he reach.

After an hour or less, he finish and I just bye bye at him. See, I no need wait for days just to send my laptop to the factory or computer shop to fix it. I also don't need to step out from my house instead of waiting the technician to my house for the service.

This is make me so admire with Dell customer service after this experience. By the way, sorry for no picture on this blog,... Damn, I should take picture when the technician cut my laptop apart ...

OMD !!!

Oh my Dell !!! my dell have a blank screen when i power on it !!! The display card have spoil I think because the screen color change into many purple line before it the screen completely blank.

See the line on the Dell word ?

Oh my God .... How i gonna survive without my laptop ? :(

Is time to call Dell Support Center but is 7pm and Sunday now :( that's mean i have to wait one more day at least Dell come to me ... haiz ....

Walking with Dell

Today I doing as a soundman (part-time job) at Pahlawan Dataran. I bring my laptop along too. I working with Ice Music Paradise for the Chinese Laguage Society Dance Event. My job is control all the sound that line in into the mixer. I scare the job is too boring because I work a very long hours job ( from 9am to dont know what time at night ), that's why I bring my laptop here with me together :)

I'm in front of the Mixer with my Dell.

Now I have a dinner break at 5pm so I decide to have Mcdonald as my dinner just because Mcdonald provide wireless Internet service only. I done my current blog posting at the Mcdonald.

Playing with my Dell Video Cam ^^

I try the webcam and internal mic that the laptop provided at the beginning when i 1st purchase the laptop. The quality of the mic is so crappy that record the sound totally different with the live version.

The sound seem move more faster that the video itself.... maybe because of the low resolution of the webcam ? By the way, I not the guy that really into webcam internet chat so never mind for the crappy webcam .... But , I use my video call in Msn and is still works ok ...

I done some blues bass riff with my webcam and hope you enjoy my crappy video ^^
